Such a great rod for travelling , the progressive action allowed me to get good distance present the fly as I wanted. I used it with a scandi full floating and a long leader while fishing for Atlantic salmon in northern Canada. I loved it during the fight with the fish cause the action of the blank absorbes the head shakes and allowed me to have a good landing rate !!!
